Coto de Caza MGA Cancellation Policy

 

Thursday Night League—No charge will be incurred by a member if they withdraw from Thursday Night League prior to the draft. The entire event fee will be due at the time of the draft.

 

Minor Tournaments—No charge will be incurred by a member if they withdraw from a minor tournament at least 72 hours prior to the event. The entire event fee will be due if the member cancels less than 72 hours prior to the event.

 

Classic Tournaments-- No charge will be incurred by a member if they withdraw from a classic tournament at least seven (7) days prior to the event. The entire event fee will be due if the member cancels less than seven (7) days prior to the event.

 

Majors Tournaments (except the Windmill Invitational)— Registration for the major tournaments (other than the Windmill Invitational) will occur approximately 60 days prior to the event date. The member may withdraw from the tournament without charge at any time up to 14 days prior to the event. The member will be charged the entire entry fee 14 days from the event date. The entry fee will be non-refundable at that time unless a replacement player/team is found to fill the vacant spot.

 

Windmill Invitational—Registration for the Windmill Invitational will occur approximately 90 days prior to the event date. At the time of registration, a nonrefundable deposit equal to 10% of the event fee will be charged to the member’s account. The member may withdraw from the tournament at any time up to 30 days prior to the event. The balance of the tournament fee will be charged to the member’s account 30 days prior the event date and is non-refundable at that time unless another team is found to fill the vacant spot, in which case, only the initial deposit is non-refundable.
