EVENT OVERVIEW
The Golf Channel Amateur Tour is proud to be going back to the Barton Creek Resort for a 8th consecutive year for the Texas Classic.
Event dates are July 27th - 28th, 2019
This year players will get to experience the all new renovated Barton Creek Resort. After 16 months of renovations, the Resort will be open for business and is sure to impress all the Am Tour players. We are back to playing the newly renovated Coore Crenshaw golf course, as well as the the award winning Fazio Foothills course.
Both golf courses offer an old style philosophy which utilizes the natural "hill country" terrain throughout both golf courses. Large undulating greens with scenic hill country views dot the landscape at both the Crenshaw and Foothills courses. Am Tour players of all skill levels will need to "keep it in the short grass" as there is plenty of trouble lurking on each track.
Entry fee includes all green fees, cart fees, range balls, trophies, player welcome gift, generous prize fund and electronic scoring.

ENTRY FEE & PAYMENT OPTION
Entry Fee is $495, which includes 36 holes of golf with a shared golf cart and a player welcome prize upon registration.
FORMAT
36-hole stroke play Major championship. All entries are on a first come, first served basis

Friday, July 26th - Player Registration at the Barton Creek Resort - 3:30p - 6:30p
Saturday, July 27th - First round tee times off #1 and #10 - 7:30a
Sunday, July 28th - Final round tee times off #1 and #10 - 7:30a
Sunday, July 28th - Awards Ceremonies - 12:00p - 3:00p at the Barton Creek Resort
Groups will be paired in threesomes
ENTRY DEADLINE
Registration opens: March 1st, 2019
Registration closes: July 15th, 2019
CANCELLATION POLICY
A $75 cancellation fee will apply to any withdraw prior to the established deadline of July 15th at 5:00 PM EST
Any withdraws after the established deadline will not be refunded.
LODGING
Am Tour players are sure to enjoy the totally refurbished and updated Barton Creek Resort during this year's event. The Resort was totally shut down for over a year due to a complete overhaul. Player's will see an entirely new, updated, and fabulous resort, with all the updated and added ammenities.
