Eligibility: Male amateur golfers who have an active, valid GHIN handicap and are 55 years of age or older as of October 9, 2024.

Format: Individual 18 hole stroke play, flighted according to handicap, both gross & net prizes will be awarded. Optional $10.00 Skins game, ($5.00 in Gross, $5.00 in Net).

Time: 9:30AM shotgun start with luncheon following play.

Entry Fee: $125.00 and includes golf, cart, prizes and luncheon following play.

Registration: On-line registration opens May 1, 2025 If you do not wish to take advantage of on-line registration, please call the VGA Office to process your registration.  Please note - you will be subject to an additional fee of $10.00 per player if you wish to have the office process your registration.  You may register up to 4 (four) people at one time.  Please note that whoever is registering the group will have to pay for the entire group at the time of registration.

                                                              Note: This is an age specific event to register a players birth date must be in his profile.

Cart Policy: Carts are mandatory and included in the entry fee.

Entry Deadline: Entries must be received by June 1 at 11:59 PM, 2025.  If a player wishes to enter the tournament after the entry deadline, and if there is an available spot for that player, there will be an additional charge of $10.00. Wait Listed entrants will receive priority.

Tee Times/Pairings: Tee times will be posted on the Dorset Senior Day Portal as soon as completed. They will also be emailed to all participants.

Dress Code: Appropriate golf attire - collared shirts - no denim.  If in doubt, please call the pro shop.

Cancellations: Cancellations can be made on line any time prior to day of the event.  Cancellations made prior to the close of entries and will be refunded in full less a 3% credit card processing fee.  After the close of entries and prior to the start of the tournament, entry fees will be refunded less a $10.00 pp cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after the start of the tournament.

Conditions/Schedules: The VGA reserves the right to alter any of the conditions and schedules herein.  The decision of the VGA in any matter shall be final.
