Eligibility: Male amateur golfers who have an active, valid GHIN handicap.

Format: Four-Ball Stroke Play - 2-man teams with both gross & net prizes. Optional $20.00 per team Skins game, ($10.00 in Gross, $10.00 in Net).

Entry Fee: $90.00 per team for non-The GC at Equinox members.  A $16.00 pp credit (refund) for GC at Equinox of the host club will be applied to the credit card that was used during the registration process.  Players may register individually ($45.00) and list the name of the person they wish to team up with in the registration process or if they don't have a partner, can let us know they need to be paired up.

Registration: On-line registration opens March 15, 2025.

Cart Policy: Cart fees are mandatory and must be paid for in the pro shop on the day of the tournament, regardless of plan to walk or ride during event.

Entry Deadline: Entries must be received by September 23, 2025 entry deadline.  If a team wishes to enter the tournament after the entry deadline, and if there is an available spot for that team, there will be an additional charge of $10.00.

Tee Times/Pairings: Players will have the option to state who they wish to be paired with and preferred tee time range during the registration process. VGA will create the final pairings and tee times and try to accommodate requests as much as possible. Pairings will be posted to the event portal as well as being emailed to all participants.

Dress Code: Appropriate golf attire - collared shirts - no denim.  If in doubt, please call the pro shop.

Cancellations: Cancellations can be made on line any time prior to day of the event.  Cancellations made prior to the close of entries and will be refunded in full less a 3% credit card processing fee.  After the close of entries and prior to the start of the tournament, entry fees will be refunded less a $10.00 pp cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after the start of the tournament.

Conditions/Schedules: The VGA reserves the right to alter any of the conditions and schedules herein.  The decision of the VGA in any matter shall be final.
