Eligibility: Male amateur golfers who have a membership at a VGA member club and/or an active, valid GHIN handicap.

Format: 36 Hole Four-Ball (better ball of the partners) - 2 Man Teams.

Flights: Teams will be flighted by handicap. There will be:

• One Championship Flight (44 Team Max)
• Multiple Regular Flights
• Multiple Senior Flights (age 55+) and Super Senior Flights (age 65+).

Please Note: Teams electing to play in the Super Senior Division will play from a forward set of senior tees.

Venues: Each team will play one course in the North one of the days and one course in the South on the other day.

• North: Neshobe GC, Proctor-Pittsford CC, Rutland CC
• South: Dorset Field Club, Manchester CC, The Golf Club at Equinox

Entry Fee: $325.00 per team. 

Registration: On-line registration opens March 1, 2025. You will be able to register directly into the flight category that you wish to play in. Please note that for the Senior Flight both players must be 55 or older as of May 3, 2025 and for the Super Senior Flight both players must be 65 or older as of May 3, 2025. 

Cart Policy: Cart policy and price will vary from course to course. We will be assuming that all teams will be riding together during tournament rounds unless otherwise communicated to VGA staff. All this information will be emailed to participants prior to the tournament as well as posted on our website.

Practice Rounds: Each player / team will be able to play a practice round at ONE OF THE TWO COURSES IN YOUR COURSE ROTATION. A cart fee will be MANDATORY for any practice round played. PRACTICE ROUND AVAILIBILITY WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU WITH YOUR TEE TIMES AND PAIRINGS.

Entry Deadline: Entries must be received by April 21, 2025. If a team that is not on the waiting list wishes to enter the tournament after the entry deadline, and if there is an available spot for that team, there will be an additional charge of $20.00 added to the entry fee.

Tee Times/Pairings: Tee Times will be emailed and posted on event portal as soon as practicable following the close of entries.

Dress Code: Appropriate golf attire - collared shirts - no denim.  If in doubt, please call the pro shop.

Cancellations: Cancellations can be made on line any time prior to day of the event. Cancellations made prior to the close of entries will be refunded in full less a 3% credit card processing fee. Cancellations made between close of entries and 5 days prior to the start of the Four-Ball will incur a $50.00 per team cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 5 days of the start of the Four-Ball will be incur a $70.00 per team cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after the start of the tournament.

Conditions/Schedules: The VGA reserves the right to alter any of the conditions and schedules herein. The decision of the VGA in any matter shall be final.
