CGA/TYGA Waiver

All golfers are voluntary participants at CGA/TYGA events.  Your submittal of this application/entry form is conditioned on the fact that you agree and acknowledge that the CGA/TYGA is not liable, in any way, for any injuries or damages of any kind that you may suffer, or be exposed to, while participating, or being present, at a CGA/TYGA event. You agree that the acceptance of your entry for a CGA/TYGA event, is sufficient consideration for your agreement that the CGA/TYGA has no liability or responsibility, of any kind, for any of damages or injuries that you may incur while involved, participating or present, at a CGA event.
