Registration Form Instructions

Please read the following instructions very carefully to ensure you provide the Village Links with accurate and complete information.

Email: The primary contact e-mail for the primary parent / guardian. Only this address will receive weekly league invitations and can be used for scoring through the app. (Note: If you are registering more than 1 child and wish to use the same email address for each, for each subsequent child, you must add "+1", "+2", etc. between the handle and "@" sign. For example, child 1 is registered with "coolbeans@xyz.com", so child 2 would be registered with "coolbeans+1@xyz.com", child 3 with "coolbeans+2@xyz.com", and so on. This is a work-around implemented by Golf Genius to allow the same email address for multiple players. It will ignore the extra bit and send emails to your proper address, but must be unique in their system, hence the extra bit.)

First Name & Last Name: The first and last name of the child being registered.

Date of Birth: The date of birth of the child being registered.

Gender: The gender of the child being registered.

Primary Parent / Guardian First Name & Last Name: The first and last name of the primary parent / guardian.

Primary Parent / Guardian Phone Number: The phone number of the primary parent / guardian.

Secondary Parent / Guardian First Name & Last Name: The first and last name of the secondary parent / guardian.

Secondary Parent / Guardian Email: The email address of the secondary parent / guardian (does not need to have extra bits added like the primary email address). This will only receive league announcements, not invitations.

Secondary Parent / Guardian Phone Number: The phone number of the secondary parent / guardian.

After you have submitted your registration info you will receive an email confirmation at the primary parent / guardian email address. If registering more than one child, after completing a registration, sign out and start a new one for each subsequent child.
