VETERANS MEMORIAL GOLF COURSE & LUDLOW COUNTRY CLUB | MAY 20 - 21, 2025
ELIGIBILITY
Any two-person team of amateur golfers (ages 55+ as of May 20, 2025) who have an active Mass Golf Membership. Combined Handicap Index® not exceeding 12.0 (at the time of registration). Have played and posted 5 rounds at any Mass Golf member club/course within 12 months of the entry close date.
Super Senior Division Eligibility: Both golfers (ages 65+ as of May 20, 2025). All Super Senior Division teams will also be competing for the overall Senior Four-Ball Championship (playing same tees).
ENTRIES: FEE, CLOSING DATE, REFUNDS
All teams – including those who are exempt, must submit and complete payment of an online registration through the Mass Golf event registrations system by 5:00pm EDT on the published entry deadline. CLICK HERE to view all applicable withdrawal and refund polices.

FIELD
The field will be limited to 176 teams. Registrations for the Senior Four-Ball Championship are based on a low-to-high index selection process outlined HERE. The field is guaranteed to comprise of at least thirty (30) Super Senior Division teams (ages 65+).
EXEMPTIONS
Upon receipt of a completed online registration by the published entry deadline, the teams in the following categories are guaranteed a spot in the championship; 2025 Senior Four-Ball Championship Exemptions.
SCHEDULE
Tuesday, May 20 – Round 1, 18 holes
Wednesday, May 21 - Round 2, 18 holes
- In the event of a tie for the championship a hole-by-hole playoff will be held at Veterans Memorial Golf Course.
INCLEMENT WEATHER/CANCELLED ROUND STIPULATION
If 36-holes of competition cannot be completed as scheduled, the low 18-hole score from each site will be used to determine co-champions.
TROPHIES & PRIZES
The winner will receive the Senior Four-Ball Championship Trophy. The winner of the Super Senior Division will receive the Super Senior Division Trophy. Players finishing in the top ten & ties and in the top five & ties in the Super Senior Division will receive merchandise certificates that are only redeemable at the host site(s).
CADDIES/GOLF CARTS
The use of golf carts is permitted, and fees are included in the championship entry fee. Players may also use caddies and push/pull carts (including electric) at the host club’s discretion.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
A Mass Golf sponsored lunch will be available for all championship competitors on May 20. Additional food & beverage details and availability for the championship proper will be outlined on the player information sheet.
LOCAL RULES; TERMS OF THE COMPETITION; SCHEDULES
The Mass Golf Board of Directors/on-site Rules Committee reserves the right to alter any of the Local Rules, Terms of the Competition, provisions and/or schedules. The decision of the Board of Directors/on-site Rules Committee in any matter will be final.

STARTING TIMES & PLAYER INFORMATION
Championship information, including tee times, pairings and player information will be emailed to all competitors and posted to the Senior Four-Ball Championship website shortly after entries close. Championship information will be shared shortly after the final scheduled qualifying round.
PRACTICE ROUNDS
Practice round opportunities/access may be available at the discretions of the host club(s). Details regarding practice rounds will be shared with competitors during the registration process and/or at the close of entries. Competitors are asked to refrain from contacting host club(s) regarding practice rounds until they receive official details from Mass Golf.
