ELIGIBILITY

Any female amateur golfer (age 18 and under through July 10, 2025) who has an active Mass Golf Membership and Handicap Index®. Have played and posted 5 rounds at any Mass Golf member club/course within 12 months of the entry close date. Additional Division Eligibility requirements apply - see below. 

Championship Division - Handicap Index® of 10.1 or less at the time of registration

Silver Division - Golfers aged 14-18 (through July 10, 2025); Handicap Index® of 10.2 or greater (at the time of registration). 

Junior-Mite Division - Golfers aged 13 and under (through July 10, 2025). 

ENTRIES: FEE, CLOSING DATE, REFUNDS

All players must submit and complete payment of an online registration through the Mass Golf event registrations system by 5:00pm EDT on the published entry deadline. CLICK HERE to view all applicable withdrawal and refund polices.

Entry Fee: $100 (Championship & Silver Division); $60 (Junior-Mite Division)

Entries Close: June 11, 2025

FIELD

The Championship field will be limited to 100 players. Entries will be selected in the order they are received (first come, first served).

Championship Division

Monday, July 7 (Stroke Play) - Round 1 - 18 holes

Tuesday, July 8 (Stroke Play) - Round 2 - 18 holes

*The low 16 scorers will advance to Match Play on July 9. Any ties for the final qualifying place(s) will be determined by a hole-by-hole playoff. 

Wednesday, July 9 (Match Play) - Round of 16 (AM); Quarterfinals (PM)

Thursday, July 10 (Match Play) - Semifinals (AM); Finals (PM) (18 holes)

Silver Division

Monday, July 7 - Round 1, 18 holes

Tuesday, July 8 - Round 2, 18 holes

Junior-Mite Division

Monday, July 7 - Round 1, 9 holes

Tuesday, July 8 - Round 2, 9 holes

FORMAT

Championship Division - Competition will be 36 holes at Stroke Play followed by Match Play (16 Qualifiers).

Silver Division - Competition will be 36 holes at Stroke Play. 

Junior-Mite Division - Competition will be 18 holes at Stroke Play. 

TROPHIES & PRIZES

 

Players finishing in the top five places & ties (Championship), and the top three places & ties (Silver & Junior-Mite) will receive merchandise certificates that are only redeemable at the host site.

CADDIES/GOLF CARTS

The use of golf carts and caddies is NOT permitted. Players may use push/pull carts (including electric) at the host club’s discretion.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

A Mass Golf sponsored luncheon will be available for all competitors throughout the Championship. Additional food & beverage details and availability will be outlined on the player information sheet.

LOCAL RULES; TERMS OF THE COMPETITION; SCHEDULES

The Mass Golf Board of Directors/on-site Rules Committee reserves the right to alter any of the Local Rules, Terms of the Competition, provisions and/or schedules. The decision of the Board of Directors/on-site Rules Committee in any matter will be final.

STARTING TIMES & PLAYER INFORMATION

Championship information, including tee times, pairings and player information will be emailed to all competitors and posted to the Girls' Junior Amateur Championship website shortly after entries close.

PRACTICE ROUNDS

Practice round opportunities/access may be available at the discretions of the host club(s). Details regarding practice rounds will be shared with competitors during the registration process and/or at the close of entries. Competitors are asked to refrain from contacting host club(s) regarding practice rounds until they receive official details from Mass Golf.
