Withdraw/Refund/Transfer Policy
In order to receive a credit/transfer to a future JGC event during the calendar year, the player must
contact a VSGA staff member or coordinator before the registration deadline. Players may withdraw themselves online and receive the following refund.
- Anytime before the event deadline, the registrant will receive a refund minus a $10 administrative fee.
- Anytime after the event deadline, the registrant will not receive a refund.
This is the only acceptable procedure for official withdrawal. Any other means, including telephoning the host club golf shop, are not acceptable. Failing to properly withdraw from a tournament and/or failing to show up for the competition will forfeit the entry fee. Credits will be issued only for proper withdrawals and may be used as entry fee into future VSGA Junior Golf Circuit tournaments in the current season. If a player withdraws online before the registration deadline, an automatic full refund will be issued, but a player will not be able to transfer into a future event.
