All players who participate in Monday pro-am events will pay their tournament entry fees online.
After a player successfully registers for a tournament, they will receive an email from Golf Genius with a link where they can pay their tournament entry fee via credit card.
For all Knoxville Junior Golf Ambassador Members and TPGA Members who register for a tournament 13 days in advance: Entry fee invoices will be emailed the next day (Wednesday, 12 days prior to the event). Players MUST pay their invoice seven (7) days prior to each tournament. Players who have not paid their entry fee at least seven (7) days prior to the tournament will be automatically removed from the tee sheet and their spot will reopen for other members to fill.
For all Base Level Members and any member who register for a tournament six (6) days in advance: Tournament entry fee invoices will be emailed the next day (Wednesday, 5 days prior to the event). Players MUST pay their invoice three (3) days prior to each tournament by 12:00 PM - the Friday before each tournament. Players who have not paid their entry fee by 12:00 PM the Friday prior to the tournament, will be automatically removed from the tee sheet and their spot will reopen for other members to fill.
Players who wish to play in the optional $5 skins game will pay a TGF representative for the skins game when they arrive to the golf course the day of the pro-am.
