Entry Fee: $600 per 4 person team ($150 per person.  Banquet only option is available for $50 per person)

 

Registration Deadline: Tuesday, August 19th, 2025, at 11:59PM
 

Registration Includes: Greens Fee, Carts, Range Balls, Awards, Lunch and Dinner after play with a Cash Bar being available for those wishing to partake
 

Start Time: Lunch at 11:30AM, 1:00PM Shotgun Start, Dinner to follow play

 

Rules of Play: Play will be governed by the Rules of Golf  of the USGA and R&A Limited and where applicable, by the Local Rules and Conditions set forth by the MVGA.

 

Dress Code: Clothing that respects the traditions of the game are required. Short shorts, tank tops, and jeans of any nature are not permitted. A non-metal spike is required


Eligibility: Members of the Miami Valley Golf community that possess an active USGA World Handicap Index issued from a MVGA member club or another local Allied Golf Association.

 

Handicap Revision Date: Playing Handicaps will be determined using the players Handicap Index from the Friday, August 22nd, 2025 revision

 

Team Composition: Teams may be compromised of either gender or mixed.

 

Tee Markers: Men age 74 and under will play from approximately 6300 yards, Men age 75 and older will play at approximately 5500 yards, Ladies will play from approximately 5300 yards

 

Groupings Available: Groupings will be e-mailed to addresses provided on the entry form and at MiamiValleyGolf.org and on this Event Microsite.
 

Format of Play: 18 holes of Net Best Ball Stroke Play.  The Number of Best Ball Scores are: 1 Best Ball on all Par 5’s, 2 Best Balls on all Par 4’s, 3 Best Balls on all Par 3’s
 

Awards: This is a Net Event with each player receiving 85% of the Golf Course Handicap
 

Ties: The USGA recommended scorecard playoff will be used to break all ties. More Detail
 

Grouping Considerations: Considerations for grouping request can me made here. We will do our best to try to accommodate those requests. Request must be made to the MVGA Staff before the entry deadline.

 

Withdrawals: If you withdraw prior to the registration deadline, you will be refunded 95% of your registration fee.  Withdrawals after the registration deadline will be handled on a case by case basis.
