Location: Mystery Valley Golf Club
Eligibility: Entries are open to male amateur golfers who have a handicap index that does not exceed a 10.0. Five statewide qualifiers and a number of exemptions will determine the 64 participants who will move onto the Championship.
Field Size: 78 players*
*Qualifying sites are on a first come, first serve basis. There are not waitlists for any qualifying sites. However, members of a host club will always be accepted into a qualifying field regardless of capacity, but the player will need to contact GSGA if the site is already full. Format: 18 holes of individual stroke play qualifying.

*Players wishing to qualify for both the Match Play Championship and Mid-Amateur Championship may do so via the same round on the same day at Savannah Quarters CC on July 14. Players must pay the entry fee for each event when registering, but a $40 discount refund will be applied at the close of entries.
