CHAMPIONSHIP DETAILS

 

Dates: Saturday, May 31, 2025 - Sunday, June 01, 2025

 

Site: Creekside Golf Club | Salem, Ore.

 

Eligibility: Must be an amateur, an OGA member, at least 13 years of age as of May 31, 2025 and meet one of the following:

 

  • 2023 and 2024 Men's, Women's or Senior Men's gross club champion of a regular OGA member club or qualifying associate club
  • 2023 and 2024 individual gross champion of any Championship on the current OGA Men's, Sr. Men's, Women's and Sr. Women's performance points list
  • 2024 top three Women's Performance Points Leaders
  • All past Oregon Women's Amateur Champions.
  • 2024 Hudson Cup, 2024 Senior Hudson Cup, 2024 PNGA Lamey Cup and 2024 Morse Cup
  • 2024 Oregon Junior Stroke Play and Oregon Junior Amateur Champions
  • 2024 OGA Men’s Team Champions
  • 2024 OGA Tour Championship gross champions
  • 2024 OGA Fourball Champion
  • Current PNGA Lamey Cup Team

 

Any player 50 years and older as of May 31, 2025 may compete in the Senior Division. All 2023 and 2024 Senior Club Champions must compete in the Senior Division.

 

Format:  36-hole stroke play gross competition with Men’s, Women’s and Senior Men's Divisions. In the event of a tie for the Men’s, Women’s or Senior Men's Championship, the Champion will be decided immediately by a hole-by-hole playoff.

 

Fee: $175

 

Entry Includes:

  • 3 Rounds of golf - One practice round and two competition rounds
  • OGA hosted lunch
  • Tee Prizes
  • Merchandise certificate awards will be given to top finishers
  • Special awards from Jones Sports Co. will be issued to the Gross Men's, Women's and Senior Men's Champions

 

Field Limit:  The field will be limited to 156 players, including Women, Men and Senior Men. Entries will be accepted according to the date of receipt of entry and entry fee.

 

Exemptions: Defending Champions Zach Foushee Langdon Farms GC, Billy Anderson Emerald Valley GC, Jessica Mangrobang The Reserve Vinyards & GC, and Katy Wright Royal Oaks CC are exempt into the Championship. Exempt players must meet the eligibility requirements and file an entry by the deadline.

 

Pairings/Player Information: Pairings and player information will be sent out via email after the close of entry deadline.

 

 

Entry Deadline: Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM (pst)

Entries are accepted according to the date and time of entry and entry fee. Late entries will be accepted and placed on an alternate list to fill spots if they become available up until a time that the OGA Staff establishes. Late entries will not be accepted unless they are accompanied by the correct entry fee, plus an additional fee of $25. Contestants must contact the OGA in order to submit a late entry.
