Location: East Lake Golf Club

 

Field Size/Eligibility: 4 Junior Boys/4 Junior Girls' representing teams from both Georgia/GSGA and Scottish Golf.  All players must be 18 years old or younger.  Team Georgia shall consist of the following:

 

Boys (4 players)

  1. 2024 Georgia Junior Championship winner (Bear Dollander, 1st available age eligible)

  2. #1 in points from end of year 2024 USNDP Team Georgia rankings (Mason Howell, Hamilton Coleman)

  3. Low Junior at 2025 Georgia Amateur Championship

  4. 2025 Georgia Junior Championship winner

 

Girls (4 players)

  1. 2024 Georgia Girls’ Championship winner (Hailey Han)

  2. #1 in points from 2024 USNDP Team Georgia rankings (Athena Yoo, Kylie Chung)

  3. Low Junior at 2025 Georgia Women’s Amateur Championship

  4. 2025 Georgia Girls’ Championship winner

 

Note: Positions will be awarded in chronological order of qualification categories #1-4. If an individual is ineligible (i.e., age) the spot will go to the next eligible player from that respective category.  If a player has qualified via multiple categories, spots will be awarded by working in reverse order of qualification categories (#4-1) to invite another player (ex. Bear Dollander is the 2024 Georgia Junior Champion and the Low Junior in the 2025 Georgia Amateur Championship).  In the noted example, the invitation would go to the next available person from the #4 category (2nd place from 2025 Georgia Junior Championship).  Breaking ties will be determined by low final round scores of the designated event.  If still tied, the previous round low round scores will be utilized, etc.

Day 1 - July 26

  • Practice Rounds
  • Welcome Dinner for Players, Officials, and Special Guests

 

Day 2 - July 27

  • Mixed Four-Ball Matches:  Morning starting times off Hole #1
  • Foursomes Matches:  Afternoon starting times off Hole #1
  • Informal Player Party for Players, Officials, and Special Guests

 

Day 3 - July 28

  • Singles Matches:  Morning starting times off Hole #1
  • Awards Ceremony upon conclusion of play

 

Format: International team-style event with Day One consisting of Four-Ball & Foursomes Matches and Day Two consisting of Singles Matches. All players will compete in each session of matches. All matches will be conducted at match play using Nassau scoring method (one point for front nine, one point for back nine, and one point for the full match).
