Format:

 

• Teams will be split into groups of six teams to create mini leagues.
• Four Ball BetterBall Match Play over 9 holes.
• Men - Black Tee Markers
• Except 9th Hole Himalayas Only - those aged over 70 may play from the Gold Tee Markers.
• Women - White Tee Markers
• Teams will be split into groups of six teams to create mini leagues.
• Cut off date for handicaps will be Friday 22nd August.
• One point for winning a hole and an extra point for winning the match.
• Half a point for a halved hole.
• All 9 holes must be played.
• When your match is complete please write your score onto the scoreboard or inform the Pro Shop.
• In the event of a team no show for any match then all other teams in that group will be awarded a 10-0 win against the no show team.

 

The winning team from each flight plus the winners of 'Mini Point' will then contest a 3 hole Foursomes Play Off to determine the winners of The Sarazen Trophy.

 

All teams will play off from the tees set by the Championship Committee.  In the event of a tie, after the play off the remaining groups will play from the Sarazen bunker or other suitable position.  Nearest to the pin will determine the winner.
