SNEWGA versus LPGA Amateur Golf Association Matches

 

Team Match.    To be held at Hunter Golf Club, Meriden, CT         (MAP LINK)

 

Date: Sunday, September 30, 2018

 

Eligibility:

 

  • Each team is limited to 20 players.  Flights determined by based on player registration.
  • Twenty Players will be selected and then flighted by handicap.
  • Cost is $45 which includes greens fee & cart.
  • All players must have an active USGA approved handicap.

 

 

Entries Open:  July 26, 2018

 

Entry Deadline:  September 7, 2018 at 11:00 P.M.

 

Brief Description of Tournament/Format: 

 

  • 18-Hole Four-ball Match Play event (best ball of two)
  • Team members will compete with strokes.
  • Tee times will begin at 12:00 Noon.
  • The GHIN handicap revision date of September 15, 2018 will be used for team selection 
  • You will receive confirmation by email if your application has been accepted as we need an even number of players on each team.

 

Registration:

 

  • Register online now using Golf Genius. 
  • All entrants will be “wait-listed” until the team is selected.
  • Fee to cover tournament costs.

 

Team Selection:

 

  • Team will be chosen and notified by email after the entries close
  • Additional information will be sent to team members
  • This is a fun format and a great way to meet some new golfers.
