8:30AM SHOTGUN
Ramsey Golf and Country Club DOES NOT have caddies.
Cart fee: $25 per player ($50 per team), made payable by cash or check to the WMGA.

 

PRACTICE
A driving range for irons ONLY is available
The putting green will open at 7:00 AM.

 

GENERAL

Distance-Measuring Devices are allowed.

 

Proper golf attire must be worn at all WMGA events. No denim of any color, leggings, tank tops, warm-up suits, or sweat pants will be permitted. Under no circumstances will short shorts or low cut shirts be allowed. Skorts and shorts must be Bermuda length, no more than 5” above the knee.

 

CADDIES & CARTS
Cart fee: $25 per player ($50 per team), made payable by cash or check to the WMGA.
 

FORMAT
18 holes of Pinehurst stroke play. In Pinehurst format both partners drive; each plays a second stroke with the other’s ball; they then select the ball with which they will play alternate strokes thereafter. The player with the lower Course Handicap receives 60 percent of his/her Course Handicap. The player with the higher Course Handicap receives 40 percent of his/her Course Handicap. The percentage allowances are rounded off (.5 or higher is rounded upward) and then added together. This becomes the team’s Course Handicap. Trophy and prizes awarded to the low gross team; prizes awarded to the low net team. Ties for low gross or low net will be decided by matching cards.
 

FOOD SERVICE
Continental breakfast will be served starting at 7:00 AM. A buffet lunch will also be served following the round. Breakfast & Lunch charges have been included in the entry fee (not including halfway house & alcoholic beverages).
