Competitors Info
Player must report and register in the Club House Main Hall, prior to the start of the round
The Clubhouse will be open at 7.00am
Tea & Coffee will be available on arrival on Day One
Breakfast and Lunch can be purchased from the Main Bar (this is not included in entry)
Golf Shop Opens at 7.00am and the driving range is approx 15 minute walk from the club house, we would a short drive to the lower tee of the range.
The practice putting green is at the rear fo mansion past the golf shop.
Players are not permitted to use the Short Game area
Practice Tokens to be purchased from Golf Shop.

Pace of Play
Each group is allotted 3hrs 30 mins on the High course to complete their match at a pace detailed in the published time chart.
Time for walking between holes is included in the allotted time.
Partner players must walk ahead of their playing partner in anticipation for the next shot
Once the game has finished play stops and you must walk in.

Referees will be monitoring pace of play, with limited daylight hours a prompt pace of play is necessary. A Pace of Play Policy is in place. Players are expected to complete the holes within these intervals from their start time:-

Format:
Foursomes Matchplay
In the event of a tie after 18 holes, a sudden-death playoff (continue in order) will take place until a winner is found

Practice Rounds
Only players playing in the event will be permitted to a practice round at £68 per player. Practice rounds can be booked once the draw has been made

Scoring:
Players are expected to enter their results after each hole into the Golf Genius App using their own mobile phone
Only one person in each group will need to enter their scores
Course
Ladies will be playing the High Course for all 6 rounds.
Prize Details:
All prize vouchers will be presented on they day
The winners will be asked to stay for photographs
