Entries

  • Entries: An entry must be submitted online with payment prior to the deadline. Late entries will not be accepted, regardless of reason.
  • Eligibility: Open to all amateur women golfers with an active USGA Handicap Index.
  • Entry Fee (Includes Green Fees, Carts, Range Use, Buffet Dinner, and Awards):
    • Women's Division: $70
    • Women's Senior Division (Age 50+): $70
      • Additional $10 payable to the pro shop for optional net skins game
      • Additional $10 payable to the pro shop for optional gross "birdie pool"
  • Deadline: Entries must be received prior to the deadline (6PM EST on Friday, August 30, 2024).

 

Rules and Regulations

Rules/conditions will be in alignment with NYSGA policies and the USGA Rules of Golf - Click here to read the complete rules/conditions for this event - a few important notes are repeated below:

  • Format is 18 holes, individual stroke play
  • Prizes for overall gross per age group and net per division (90% Course Handicap)
  • Spectators are permitted, but cannot ride with any player/cart.
  • Max score of 9 (gross) - pick up rule
  • Unclaimed prizes are left with the pro shop
  • Code of Conduct is in effect
  • "Slow Play leads to No Play"
  • Players call-in Rules questions/report slow play to the Pro Shop - (607) 797-5828

 

Field Size

Limited to 42 total players. The waitlist - based on order of entry - is capped at 25; historically most players on waitlist get into field due to withdrawals.

  • 10:30am....................... Driving range opens
  • 11:30am - 1:30pm ....... Tee Times
  • 4:00pm - 6:30pm ......... Buffet Dinner
  • 6:30pm......................... Awards
 

Tee Times and Pairings

Pairing requests are generally be accepted if requested. Pairing requests can be made by emailing tcgagolf@gmail.com. Additionally, "early/late" requests will be accommodated to the best extent possible.

 

Caddies

The use of a caddie is permitted, although groups are STRICTLY limited to 2 carts total and each player in the group is entitled to one seat before a caddie may ride in an open seat. For example, a threesome where two players bring caddies cannot take a 3rd golf cart, they must work out which caddie will ride in the open seat, caddies may alternate riding as well. Caddies are NOT permitted to play on the tournament course the day of the tournament round prior to play.

Included with entry fees, opens at 10:30AM.

 

Divisions

A player's division (click here) may be changed up until the close of entries by contacting the TCGA.

  • Women (14.9 and under)..................Green Tees
  • Women (15+).....................................Green Tees
  • Senior Women (Age 50+) (0-14.9)....White Tees
  • Senior Women (Age 50+) (15+)........White Tees

  • Green (Women): 5,370y // Par 71 // 72.3/128
  • White (Senior Women): 5,130y // Par 71 // 71.1/125

 

Refund Policy

Players can withdraw with refund via the event website (see confirmation email message) or via email - tcgagolf@gmail.com.

  • Withdrawal PRIOR TO Entry Deadline: Entry Fee less $10
  • Withdrawal AFTER Entry Deadline: Entry Fee less $30
  • Withdrawal WITHIN 2 DAYS of the Competition: No Refund
