Dear Members & Guests,

On behalf of the Staff and Troon Prive, I’d like to welcome you to the 2024 Peninsula Golf & Country Club Member-Guest. The Professional Staff is here to deliver a first class golf tournament experience for our members and their guests.

We have 66 teams this season, which will break the field into 11 flights. Rounds 1 & 2 will be played on Thursday, Rounds 3 & 4 on Friday, and Round 5 on Saturday. The field will be split into double shotguns (8am/1pm) on Thursday and Friday, and the entire field will play Saturday at 9 am. On Thursday and Friday there will be no breaks in between nine hole matches, teams will go directly to their assigned shotgun hole immediately following the conclusion of their match. 

To easily reference all of the information provided for the event we've created a member portal thru golf genius. On the member portal link you will find your itinerary, rules of competition, tee sheets/shotgun times, round robin schedule/flight report, handicap analysis, payouts, and many other features. Please take a minute to browse the portal.

We will be using the Golf Genius App for the event's official scoring. If you have not used the app yet, please download Golf Genius from the App store. Players will be provided GGIDs to enter scores into Golf Genius. Each group will be provided one paper backup scorecard, this scorecard will include the GGID code. Scores entered into Golf Genius will be the official score, the paper backup is un-official and will not be turned in following completion of a match.

I’d like to remind everyone the dress code for all cocktail receptions and the Saturday Champions Dinner is country club casual and spouses are welcome to attend.
