ELIBILITY
• Open To: Boys & Girls 18&Under / 15&Under / 13&Under / 11&Under / 9&Under
ENTRY FEE
• $167.25 USD, Boys & Girls 18 & Under, 15 & under, 13 & under, 9 & under.
ENTRY DEADLINE
• 5:00 PM Tuesday, OCTOBER 22, 2024
• Online registration (www.golfpr.org) or entry form via e-mail info@prga.org
• Entry forms must be received before deadline
• Late entries will not be accepted
REFUND POLICY
• Open date to one (1) week prior to Championship date:
o Refund minus $30.00 USD administrative fee regardless of reason
• Withdraw one (1) week within Championship date, late arrival, no-show:
o No refund for any reason
FORMAT
Boys & Girls 18&Under, 15&Under, and 13 & under.
• An 36-hole stroke play event. All participants in these categories will play walking without a caddie. (Pull carts are allowed)
Boys & Girls 11 & under
• An 36-hole stroke play event. Caddies are allowed in these categories. Contestants are required to play walking. A maximum score of 8 per hole has been established for this division. (Pull carts are allowed)
Boys & Girls 9 & under
• A 18-hole stroke play event. Contestants will play 9-holes per day. Caddies are allowed in these categories. A maximum score of 8 per hole has been established for this division. Contestants are required to play walking. (Pull carts are allowed)
*Tournament committee reserves the right to modify the event’s format.
REGISTRATION
Daily registration will be located on the driving range.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Saturday OCTOBER 26, 2024
• Tee Times start at approximately 10:00am from Hole #1
Sunday, October 27,2024
• Tee Times start at approximately 9:00am from Hole #1
• Awards presentation immediately following conclusion of final round
AWARDS
• The Champion and the Runner-up for each division will be awarded.
TIES
• In the event of a tie for the top position of any of the divisions there will be a hole-by-hole sudden death playoff immediately following play.

- Boys 18 & Under – Yellow Tees. Approximate 6,400 yds
- Girls 18 & Under – Blue Tees. Approximate 5,800 yds
- Boys 15 & Under – Blue Tees. Approximate 5,800 yds
- Girls 15 & Under – White Tees. Approximate 5,200 yds
- Boys 13 & Under – White Tees. Approximate 5,200 yds
- Girls 13 & Under – Red Tees. Approximate 4,600 yds
- Boys 11 & Under – Red Tees. Approximate 4,600 yds
- Girls 11 & Under - Red Approximate 4,600 yds
- Boys 9 & Under – Special Tees. Approximate 3,205
- Girls 9 & Under – Special Tees. Approximate 3,205
RULES
USGA Rules of Golf govern play. Questions will be decided by the on-site Rules Committee whose decision will be final. Notice to Players and local rules are distributed at the starting tee(s). The GOLF PR reserves the right to alter the conditions or schedules as stated, including alteration of the stipulated round(s) at any time prior to the championship. The competition is closed when the championship trophy has been presented. Special requests for starting times must be submitted in writing info@prga.org.
TOURNAMENT RANKING POINTS
This event will be submitted for ranking points to:
• Junior Golf Scoreboard
SPECTATOR CART POLICY
• One spectator cart per player
• During play, the player may not ride in cart, unless approved by the Competition Committee/ Rules Official or with consent from a Rules Official
• GOLF PR will grant a person with a bona fide physical handicap a spectator cart if the following conditions are met:
1. Handicapped person presents to the GOLF PR staff a valid handicap card issued by a government agency;
2. Host Club has a golf cart available and requestor pays host club the appropriate cart fee
PUBLICITY AND PROMOTION; BROADCASTING
By participating in GOLF PR Events, you grant GOLF PR and those acting with GOLF PR, permission, authority and the permanent rights to use your name or likeness for publicity and promotional purposes. Participants understand that all Media, including film, photographic prints, audio or digital files are the exclusive property of GOLF PR. Participants in GOLF PR events waive their rights to inspect or approve all media produced by GOLF PR and those acting on GOLF PR’s behalf. Participants waive their permanent rights to compensation for use of their name and likeness by the PRGA.
