2024 Maine Junior Amateur Indoor Championship

Old Palm Golf Club at Sim City, Westbrook

ELIGIBILITY

The Maine Junior Amateur Indoor Championship is open to Maine junior golfers between the ages of 10 and 18 who have not reached their 19^th birthday on the day of competition, April 13^th 2024.

 

 

ENTRY INFORMATION

Players must apply for the championship online via Golf Genius at www.mainegolf.org. Entries will not be taken over the phone or on-site.

 

The field will consist of at most 16 players and will be split into two divisions, High School (14-18) and Middle School (10-13), which each will include a Boys and Girls flight.

 

 

Cost for Championship: The entry fee for the championship is $25. Payment will only be taken via Golf Genius at www.mainegolf.org.

 

 

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

 

The championship proper will consist of 18-holes of stroke play for boys and girls.

  

In the event of a tie after 18 holes in either High School or Middle School division, the winner will be decided immediately by a hole-by-hole playoff.

 

PRIZES

Winner: Overall winner will be rewarded with title of 2024 Maine Junior Amateur Indoor Champion. High School and Middle School division winners in both Boys and Girls flights will be awarded voucher winnings, held in a voucher account with Maine Golf. 

  

 

RULES OF GOLF

All play will be governed by The Rules of Golf as approved by the USGA, except as modified by the simulator you are playing. The on-site Rules Committee will have the final authority on all rulings. 

 

 

CONDITIONS AND SCHEDULES

The Maine Golf Tournament Committee/on-site Rules Committee reserves the right to alter any of the conditions, provisions, and/or schedules herein. The decision of the Tournament Committee/on-site Rules Committee in any matter is final.
