CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT:
- 36 Holes of Stroke Play
- There will be a cut after 18 holes
- Low 60 players plus ties qualify for Round 2
- The top 5 players in the Super Seniors & Legends divisions will also make the cut
Monday, Sept. 30 - Round One (18 Holes)
Tuesday, Oct. 1 - Round Two (18 Holes)
DIVISIONS:
Championship: 55 & Over
Super Seniors: 62-67
Legends: 68 & Over
ELIGIBILITY: Male amateur golfers who have a membership with a RIGA member club, have a handicap index of
less than 10.0 and have reached their 55th birthday by September 30, 2024. This a Gross Only event in 2024.
ENTRIES OPEN: Wednesday, July 10, 2024
ENTRIES CLOSE: Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2024
PLAYER INFORMATION & PAIRINGS: Complete tournament details, including information about practice rounds, pairings, starting times, and yardages played, will be emailed and posted on rigalinks.org after entries close.
ENTRY FEE: $140. The fee includes lunch on day 1 and cart fees for both rounds.
LATE ENTRIES: If a player wishes to enter a tournament after the entry deadline, and if there is an available spot for that player, there will be an additional charge of $25.00.
CART & CADDIE POLICY: Carts are permissible and included in the entry fee. A player may take a caddie or carry their own bag at any stage of the competition.
CONDITIONS/SCHEDULES: The RIGA reserves the right to alter any of the conditions and schedules herein. The decision of the RIGA in any matter shall be final.
