ENTRIES, DEADLINE, AND REFUND POLICY
- Entries: An entry must be submitted online with payment prior to the deadline. Late entries will not be accepted, regardless of reason.
- Entry Fee: This championship uses a two-tiered entry fee:
- Qualifying Fee: $50. Players who qualify must pay the championship fee of $210
- Exempt Player Fee: $210 for men and $135 for women. This includes green fees, cart, lunch, prizes and awards.
- Deadline: Entries must be received prior to the deadline (12PM EST on Wednesday, July 24, 2024). Late entries will not be accepted, regardless of reason.

FIELD
The field for the BDGA Individual Qualifier will be limited to the first 90 players who apply. Any remaining players will be placed on a waitlist ordered by time of entry.

TEE TIME REQUESTS
The BDGA will make every effort to accommodate tee time requests, which must be submitted no later than 12PM on Wednesday, July 24th (click here). Pairing requests will not be accepted.
PAIRINGS
Will be posted on this website on July 25th and will be emailed to players.
PRACTICE ROUNDS
The availability and pricing of practice rounds is set at the discretion of the host club. Please contact the club for more information.
GOLF CARTS & ONE-SEAT POLICY
The use of a golf cart is included in the entry fee, although its use is not required. There is a limit of two carts per group. If only two players are riding, they are required to take only one cart.
The NYSGA's "One-Seat" Policy is in effect, which states that the player is entitled to one-seat in the cart, which can be used by the player or his caddie. A player and his caddie must not ride at the same time, regardless if there is space available.
PUSH CARTS
Players are permitted to use push carts, whether motorized or manual.
CADDIES
A player may provide his own caddie for any round of the Championship. Caddies are required to dress appropriately (proper golf attire) and act in a manner consistent with the etiquette of golf.
