Eligibility: Open to all active CGA Members, age 25 and older on or before October 4, 2024.
Registration Opens: Exempt players may register for the championship on March 15, 2024 at 08:00am
Registration Deadline: Monday, July 22, 2024 at 05:00 PM
Entry Fee: $290.00 for exempt players into the championship. Qualifying fees will be $100.00 per player with an additional $190.00 for successful qualifiers.
Field Size: Maximum of 84 players based on exemptions and successful qualifiers.
Exempt Players: Players who are exempt from qualifying are listed on the exemptions list under the "Tournament Information" tab.
Qualifying: Players that are not exempt into the championship must qualify at 1 of 6 qualifiers. Players are permitted only one qualifying attempt per championship. |

Tournament Information |
---|
Format: 54 holes of stroke play. A 36-hole cut will be made to the low 40 players and ties.
Carts: Players may use a golf cart, carry their bag, or use a caddie. Golf cart fees are included in the entry fee. There will only be allowed two (2) carts per group.
Driving Range: The practice facilities will be available at each morning at 7:30am at no additional charge to the player.
Caddies/Spectators: Players may bring their own caddie. Spectators are also allowed.
Strackaline Books: All championship players will be provided with a yardage book from Strackaline.
Practice Round Information: Please call the golf shop ((303) 651-3777) to book a practice round tee time. When calling, please identify yourself as a CGA Mid-Amateur Championship player to receive a discounted rate. Practice Rounds times may be subject to tee sheet availability at peak times.
Player Food: Food will be available for purchase each day inside the restaurant at the player's expense.
Score Posting: The CGA will post all scores as tournament scores to GHIN. |
