Withdrawals: Please advise Maine Golf immediately by emailing mike@mainegolf.org if you are unable to compete. Failure to advise Maine Golf of a withdrawal may disqualify the player from future competitions.
Automotive Transportation: The use of automotive transportation is permitted. Carts will be available and can be rented at the player's expense from the pro shop. No more than two carts are permitted in any group. If carts are limited at the host site, players may be required to share carts. No two single carts can go out in any pairing, even if one or both players have a caddie.
Caddies & Push Carts: Players are permitted to employ a caddie and/or use a push cart.
Competition Tees / Yardage: Competition tees and yardages are approximate and subject to change. Play will be from the Maine Golf white tee markers, which will correspond roughly with the Webhannet BLUE tee yardage (approx. 6,100 yards - Par 71).
Golf Shop and Practice Facilities: The pro shop and clubhouse facilities will be open and available at 6:30 a.m. There is no driving range at the golf course, though the club does have a hitting net and a practice putting green.
The nearest driving range (approx. 1 mile away) is Hillcrest Driving Range, which opens at 7:00 a.m. both days of the tournament.
Food & Beverage: Food and beverage during the tournament is the responsibility of the players. Food is available to players is at the snack shack that is next to the 8th tee.
Pace of Play: For this event groups are allotted a maximum round time of 4 hours and 15 minutes. Times will be printed hole-by-hole on competitors' scorecards so groups can track where they should be on the golf course.
