Entries Open:  September 16 at 9:00 a.m. EDT.  Entries will close on November 25 at 5:00 p.m. EDT.

 

Lottery:  If necessary, a lottery will be held on Monday, Sept. 23 with the initial wave of entries closing that day at 5:00 p.m. EDT.  Exempt players must register prior to the Monday, Sept. 23 initial deadline to guarantee their spot in the event.  If a lottery is not needed, entries will then be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Eligibility:  Entries are open to all members of the Society of Seniors.  Guests may be permitted on a Committee approved basis if space allows.

Format:  84 players maximum.  54 Holes of stroke play over three days.

 

Entry Fee: $925 per player includes four rounds of golf and carts with use of practice facilities, tee gift, select lunches, welcome reception and prize fund ($75/pp).

 

Playing Divisions:  Senior (55-64),  Super Senior (65-69), Legend (70-74) & Super Legend (75+)  

 

Proposed Yardages:  Senior & Super Senior will play the same tee markers at approximately 6300-6400 yards, subject to change based on weather and course conditions.  Prize payouts will remain separate for each division.  Legend and Super Legend will play from a forward set of tee markers, with Legend approximately 5900 yards, and Super Legend approximately 5600 yards.

Sunday, Dec. 8: Registration starting approximately 10:30 a.m.  Please register to pick up your tee gift.  Lunch buffet will begin at approximately 11:00 a.m.  Practice Round Shotgun start scheduled for 1:00 p.m.  Welcome cocktail Reception to follow Practice Round.

 

Annual Meeting of the Membership: To be held following the Practice Round on Sunday, Dec. 8.  More details to come.

 

Monday, Dec. 9:  Starting Times beginning at 7:30 a.m. from the 1st/10th tees.

 

Tuesday, Dec. 10:  Starting Times beginning at 7:30 a.m. from the 1st/10th tees.

 

Wednesday, Dec. 11:  Final Round Shotgun Start beginning at 8:00 a.m.

 

Food & Beverage Program: Lunches provided on Practice Round Day and after competition rounds one and two on Monday and Tuesday.  Wednesday lunch is on your own.  Welcome Cocktail Reception to follow Practice Round.

Prize Fund: $75 per player

Refund Policy:  Once an entry has been officially filed a withdrawal fee of $150 shall apply. Withdrawals within 30 days of round one shall incur an additional fee of $100. Withdrawals within 7 days of round one shall only receive a partial refund if the spot is filled.  If the spot is unfilled, the player forfeits his entire entry fee.  Entries withdrawn after 12:00AM of tournament practice day will forfeit the entire entry fee.
