Entries Open: August 19 at 9:00 a.m. EDT. Entries will close on October 29 at 5:00 p.m. EDT.
Lottery: If necessary, a lottery will be held on Monday, August 26 with the initial wave of entries closing that day at 5:00 p.m. EDT. Exempt players must register prior to the August 26 initial deadline to guarantee their spot in the event. If a lottery is not needed, entries will then be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Eligibility: Entries are open to all members of the Society of Seniors. Guests may be permitted on a Committee approved basis if space allows.
Exempt Players: Players from the 2023 Founders Cup that finished in the top 10 of Senior/Super Senior, as well as top 5 Legend/Super Legend, plus 2023 Players of the Year:

Format: 84 players maximum. 54 Holes of stroke play over three days.
Entry Fee: $1,050 includes four rounds of golf and carts with use of practice facilities, tee gift, gift card, and prize fund ($75/pp).
Playing Divisions: Senior (55-64), Super Senior (65-69), Legend (70-74) & Super Legend (75+)
Tuesday, Nov. 12: (Please note the early start time for Practice Rounds at 7:30 a.m.) Registration starting approximately 9:30 a.m. Please register to pick up your tee gift. Practice Round Tee Times to run from 7:30 a.m. - 10:50 a.m. A Practice Round sign-up link will be sent to all players.
Wednesday, Nov. 13: Starting Times beginning at 7:30 a.m. from the 1st/10th tee.
Thursday, Nov. 14: Starting Times beginning at 7:30 a.m. from the 1st/10th tee.
Friday, Nov. 15: Final Round Starting Times beginning at 7:30 a.m. from the 1st/10th tee.
Food & Beverage: A $75 Gift Card will be presented to each player at registration to use as they wish throughout the facility.

Prize Fund: $75 per player

Refund Policy: Once an entry has been officially filed a withdrawal fee of $150 shall apply. Withdrawals within 30 days of round one shall incur an additional fee of $100. Withdrawals within 7 days of round one shall only receive a partial refund if the spot is filled. If the spot is unfilled, the player forfeits his entire entry fee. Entries withdrawn after 12:00AM of tournament practice day will forfeit the entire entry fee.
