2024 RDGA Two Person Junior Scramble

ELIGIBILITY: Current RDGA Junior Members; boys and girls, ages 12 to 18

START TIME: All players tee off No.1 between 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

ENTRY FEE: $140 / two-person team

FIELD SIZE: 60 players; 30 two-person teams

REGISTRATION OPENS: Friday, March 1, 2024 (9:00 am)

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Saturday, May 4, 2024 (11:59 pm)

 

 

FORMAT: The RDGA Two Person Junior Scramble features 18 holes of stroke play, with two person teams competing in a scramble format. Each player must use his/her tee shot at least six times during the 18 holes. The team records one score on each hole as their team score. The event will feature THREE separate divisions: Boys' (White Tee, at 6,160 yards, with Gross and Net competitions), Girls' (Red Tee, at 5006 yards, with Gross and Net competitions) and Mixed (Boys - White Tee, Girls - Red Tee, with Gross and Net competitions).

 

ABOUT: The RDGA Two Person Junior Scramble is open to ALL junior golfers - boys and girls, ages 12 to 18 - with an active GHIN® Handicap Index® through the RDGA Junior Membership. An active, current GHIN® Handicap Index® requires at least 54 holes of posted scores PRIOR to the one week cutoff on May 4, 2024. (Posted scores may include rounds played in 2023.) If you've never played in an actual golf tournament before - or if you are a seasoned veteran - this is a fun way to enjoy the RDGA tournament experience!
