2024 Junior Ryder Cup Qualifying

Location: The Barn Short Course
Format: 9-hole stroke play
Eligibility: Boys and girls 14&U
*Age as of October 26, 2024*
The qualifier is FREE to play in!
A maximum of 24 players will qualify.
How it works:
- Registration is available to boys and girls 14 and under (age as of Oct. 26, 2024).
- All players will compete in one, co-ed division comprised of boys and girls 14&U (age as of Oct. 26, 2024).
- The top 24 players from the nine hole, stroke play qualifier will qualify for the TGF Knoxville Junior Ryder Cup.
- Qualification spots are determined by the number of players who register for the qualifier:

Players who advance through the qualifier will then compete in the Junior Ryder Cup on Saturday, October 26th. Teams for the Junior Ryder Cup will be determined by the qualifier resuIts. Once qualified, there is a $50 entry fee for the Junior Ryder Cup.*
*Entry fee covers polo golf shirt, lunch, two rounds of golf, range balls, snacks and drinks.

About the TGF Knoxville Junior Ryder Cup:
The Tennessee Golf Foundation and The Barn Short Course are proud to host the 2nd annual Junior Ryder Cup! The Junior Ryder Cup will be held Saturday, October 26th at The Barn Short Course at Beverly Park. Participation in the Junior Ryder Cup will be determined by a 9-hole, stroke play qualifier to be contested Sat., Sept. 28th at The Barn Short Course. The Junior Ryder Cup will pit two teams against each other in a Ryder Cup style event that will include 9-hole fourball matches and 9-hole foursomes (alternate shot) matches.
