Clubhouse Availability - The clubhouse, locker rooms and restaurant are available for all competitors. |

Eligibility - Professional: All PGA Members & Associates in active classifications.
Amateurs must have a USGA handicap index, professionals will be responsible for verifying.
Amateurs do not have to be from the same facility.
1 Professional and 3 amateurs (male or female).

Facility Fees - All facility fees have been included in the entry fee which include cart, range and lunch for all competitors.

Field Size - The field size is limited to 120 players (30 teams).
|
|
Format - One best ball of four.
Gross & Net Divisions (May only win in one). 80 percent handicap available for amateurs.
