37th Utah Mid-Amateur Championship

ENTRY FEE
$200 per player.
- $80 for qualifying (cart & range not included)
- $120 to advance to championship. (cart & range included)
Each successful qualifying player will automatically be placed in the Championship field and their card will be charged $120. There will be no need to register for the championship once you have qualified.

QUALIFIER FORMAT
18-Holes of Stroke Play Qualifying
QUALIFIER FIELD SIZE
84 Players
CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT
54-Hole stroke play championship. 36 holes on the first day, followed by 18 holes on the second day. The field will be cut after the second round to the low 40 and ties. There are no refunds for those players who do not make the cut.

ELIGIBILITY
All amateur UGA members who have a single digit (9.9 or less) index as of and are 25 years of age or older as of the first day of competition are eligible to compete.

Starting times will be e-mailed to players after the registration deadline has passed.

FLIGHT INFORMATION
All players will be competing for the Mid-Amateur Championship. Players 50+ years of age or older as of the first day of competition will also be competing in the Senior Division concurrently.
STATE AMATEUR EXEMPTIONS

REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWALS
If a player withdraws prior to the registration deadline the player will receive a refund minus a $20 cancellation fee. After the deadline, the player will receive a 50% refund. Beginning the day before the event, no refunds will be issued if a player withdraws or no shows (For Example, if an event begins on Monday, any withdrawal starting on Sunday will result in no refund). A business day starts at 12:01 am of that day. In team competitions, if a player needs a substitute for his original partner after the field has closed; he must arrange to get the substitute. Any substitute must meet all eligibility requirements of the specified competition. The UGA must be notified of any substitutions prior to the start of the tournament.
