Thursday Reception - Taste of the Southwest Buffet
Salad: Jalapeno caesar with crispy romaine and polenta croutons
Iceberg with chipotle blue cheese, avocado and pico de gallo

Entrées: Grilled chicken with orange chipotle glaze, Tortilla crusted salmon with poblano cream sauce, Blue corn cheese enchiladas with jalapeno cream sauce and jack cheese

Saturday Awards Luncheon - Caribbean Island Buffet
Salad: Tomato, cucumber, red onion and feta cheese with mediterranean vinaigrette
Hearts of romaine, avocado, papaya, toasted cashews and marinated onions with a papaya seed vinaigrette
Entrées: Jerk chicken with spanish rice and diced pineapple, Grilled Mahi Mahi with fresh exotic fruit salsa
Vegetables: Black beans with tomato salsa, Grilled vegetables with balsamic marinade and basil aioli
Dessert: Key lime pie
Friday Lunch options: Players are on their own for Friday lunch. The course restaurant is a popular lunch spot for locals and has limited seating. To accommodate our players as much possible, they are offering a limited pre-order menu. Order forms will be placed on the carts on Friday morning and must be turned in to the restaurant before the shotgun start, or when you make the turn. Click here to see the menu options.
Tournament Information
Field Size: 120
Tournament Format:
- 36 holes of two different stroke play formats
- Both rounds will be 8:00AM Shotguns
- Flights will be determined after the handicap revision date (May 27)
- No Caddies for this event!
- Friday Round: Two-person FourBall (85% of player's Course Handicap).
- Saturday Round: Two-person Scramble (35% of the lower Course Handicap + 15% of higher Course Handicap).
Awards:
- The Team Championship winners will be the overall Low Net team of the field. An award will be given for overall Low Gross of the field. Awards will also be given for 1st and 2nd place Low Net and Low Gross within each flight.
Flights:
- Flights are determined by a combined Team Handicap Index Total (ex: Player A - HI:11.5 and Player B - HI: 21.3 = Team Handicap Index: 32.8)
Bayonet Course Practice Rounds Information
Practice Rounds are available as follows. NOTE: We are playing the Bayonet Course only.
- Monday and Tuesday - any time, as available
- Wednesday - Block reserved from 7:00 to 10:00am and from 1:30 to 3:00pm.
- Thursday - 2:00 pm shotgun only. Player meeting will be scheduled to accommodate the late afternoon finish.
Discounted Green Fee: $100, includes cart and range balls

Final Registration Deadline: May 1, 2024 at 11:59 PM EDT
Handicap Revision Date: May 27, 2024 (Flights will be published after the Handicap Revision Date)
Registration Process
1. Registration
a. Phase 1. Registration will be open for 5 days. If an event has more players registered than we can accommodate at the end of Phase 1, we will conduct a lottery to select teams.
b. Phase 2. Registration will re-open for events that are not at full capacity. This second phase of registration will be First Come-First Serve. If an event reaches maximum capacity before the registration deadline, registration for that event will be turned off.
2. Individual registration.
a. Every player must register themselves. There will NOT be an opportunity to register other players.
b. All players will go into a "Pending Registration" status. Credit card authorizations will be approved but cards will not be charged until a player goes into the Confirmed Roster.
3. Players moving to the Confirmed Roster.
a. Once you and your partner are registered, your team will be manually moved to a "Waitlist".
b. After conducting a lottery, if necessary, players will be moved into the Confirmed Roster and credit cards will be charged.
c. In Phase 2, when both team members have registered, players will be moved from the Pending list to the Confirmed list on a First Come-First Serve basis until the field is full or the final registration deadline has been reached.
Refund/Cancelation Policy
Credit Cards will be charged on March 19, 2024. Once you've been charged and moved to the confirmed roster, refunds can be requested for cancelations made prior to the final registration deadline (May 1, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST). A 4% fee will be retained by the Association to cover credit card processing fees. Cancelations made after the final registration deadline will not be refunded.
