We are excited to now offer you the joy of fitness. Our Golf Fitness Professional, Robbie Zicari will be coaching fitness classes three times a week starting at the week of January 8th here at Mill Run in our Fitness Centre. Class sessions will be 45min-1 Hour on Tuesdays at 8am and 9am, Wednesday evening at 5:30pm and Fridays at 8am and 9am.
Regardless of your fitness level, these classes will be a great opportunity to improve and work on mobility and strength training to help keep you moving over the remainder of the winter months and get you ready and feeling confident for the upcoming 2024 golf season. Robbie is Level 2 Fitness certified with the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Each class will be limited to 5 people in order to offer and give each person the proper amount of attention to benefit and succeed.
