Eligibility:

 

• Handicap Index of 14.4 or lower. 
• Entrants must have at least five 2018 scores.

 

Entries Open: April 28, 2018

 

Entries Close: May 19, 2018  11:59 P.M.

 

Brief Description of Tournament/Format:

 

• 18-Hole Match Play event
• The GHIN handicap revision date of May 15, 2018 will be used for team selection 

 

Registration:

 

• Register online using Golf Genius. 
• All entrants will be “wait-listed” until the team is selected.

 

Team Selection:

 

• Team will be chosen and notified by email after the entries close
• Additional information will be sent to team members
