All game payouts will only be distributed to the winning player unless that player designates another person to pickup their winnings via an email message to bearcreekmensgolf@gmail.com.

 

Any game payout that has not been collected by the winning player after one year from notification, will be returned to the Bear Creek Men's Golf Club.
