2024 Miami Valley Team Invitational

ENTRY FEE: $1200 per team ($150 Per Player)

 

Registration Deadline: Friday August 23rd, 2024, at 11:59 PM

 

Registration Includes: 27 Holes of Golf, Cart, Practice Balls, Boxed Lunch, Beverages, Hors d'oeuvres after play, and Certificates for Winning Team.

Rules of Play: Play will be governed by the Rules of Golf  of the USGA and R&A Limited and where applicable, by the Local Rules and Conditions set forth by the MVGA.

 

Dress Code: Clothing that respects the traditions of the game are required. Short shorts, tank tops, and jeans of any nature are not permitted. A non-metal spike is required

Eligibility: The Miami Valley Invitational is open to all recognized Clubs residing within the Miami Valley Associations Territory.

 

Number of Players Per Team: Eight (8) - 4 Play Front and 4 Play Back in each Shotgun.

 

Team Make Up: Each club team may have one Professional Golfer employed by or affiliated with a club's team playing with 7 members for each format of play.

 

Format of Play: Shotgun 1 Four Ball (Better Ball)

Shotgun 2 Foursomes (Alternate Shot)

Shotgun 3 Individual Stroke Play (Singles)

 

Scoring: Four Ball - Teams score will consist of 3 of the 4 low team scores.

Foursomes - Team score will consist of 3 of the 4 low team scores.

Individual Stroke Play - will consist of 6 of the 8 low team scores.

All formats of Play are Stroke Play and the event is played as a Gross Competition
