Event Resources:
Entries: All entries are done directly through the USGA on their website.

Tee Times: Morning tee time start. Final tee times and pairings will be released and emailed out to all competitors approximately 48-72 hours prior the qualifying date.
Course Rotation: Coyote Run - Eldorado
Practice Rounds: Boulder Creek Golf Club is a public facility. Please call the pro shop to book any practice rounds you wish to play. Please let the pro shop staff know you are booking a practice round so they can try and get you on the correct course rotation. The rate is as follows:
- $59 before 12:00 PM
- $49 after 12:00 PM
- All times are subject to course availability.
Caddie Golf Carts: Caddies will have the ability to rent a golf cart from the host facility. The facility cart rental fee is $25 and that fee must be paid the morning of the qualifier before a caddie will have access to a cart. While caddies will have the ability to ride in a golf cart, players are required to walk the golf course at all times per USGA rules and regulations.
Spectators: Spectators are permitted. Spectators can either walk or can rent a golf cart from the host facility. The cart rental fee is $25. Whether spectators choose to walk or ride, they must remain on or close to the cart paths at all times. Spectators who do not follow the policy will be removed from the course.
- NOTE: A caddie and a spectator may NOT share a golf cart. A caddie cart may only have a caddie ride in it and not a spectator. Spectators who choose to rent a cart must rent their own separate golf cart.
Projected Tournament Yardage: Please note that the yardages you see below are only projected tournament yardages. These yardages can be subject to change based on a variety of factors including but not limited to weather, course condition, committee discretion, etc...
Caddies:
Qualifying Rounds: A player may provide her own caddie. If she wishes to have the host club furnish a caddie, she should ask the Official in Charge because sufficient caddies may not be available at the host club.
A player is not required to employ a caddie for any stage of the Championship.
Eligibility:
Entries are open to sides of female amateur golfers with an individual up-to-date Handicap Index® not exceeding 14.4 under the Rules of Handicapping.
Amateur Status:
All players must conform to the Rules of Amateur Status as approved by the United States Golf Association and the R&A. If the player will be receiving expenses from sources other than family members to participate in this competition, please refer to Rule 4 of the Amateur Status guidelines.
Golf Balls; Driver Heads:
Only brands of golf balls on the most current List of Conforming Golf Balls and driver heads on the most current List of Conforming Driver Heads may be used. Updated lists may be found on the USGA website at www.usga.org or by contacting the USGA Equipment Standards Department at (908) 234-2300. See Model Local Rules G-1 and G-3. The one ball Rule as prescribed in Section 8 of the Committee Procedures is in effect. See Model Local Rule G-4.
Clubs: Grooves:
In Sectional Qualifying and in the Championship proper, the Local Rule as prescribed by Section 8 of the Committee Proceduresis in effect. Model Local Rule G-2.
The USGA and The R&A have created a reference resource called the Informational Club Database to assist golfers in determining whether their irons, wedges, hybrids and fairway woods comply with the Equipment Rules effective from 1 January 2010 and are permissible for play under the groove and punch mark Local Rule, which is in effect for all USGA Amateur Championships. Withdrawal from Qualifying:
A player who wishes to withdraw from Qualifying must notify the USGA (908-326-1950 or via e-mail at champs@usga.org) and the Official in Charge (Tim Brand tbrand@snga.org or 702-830-7972) prior to their scheduled qualifying round. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from future USGA competitions.
Transportation:
The Local Rule prohibiting the use of motorized transportation as prescribed in Section 8 of the Committee Procedures is in effect. As a general rule, players must walk the course at USGA Championships and at most qualifying rounds. But consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), a disabled player or caddie may be permitted to use a golf cart as an accommodation to his or her disability for those events where golf carts are not allowed. As required by the ADA, the USGA will evaluate such requests on a case-by-case basis.
