FIELD SIZE The low 88 players (revised) by handicap index will comprise the field. The handicap revision in effect at the close of entries on December 2 revision will be used to determine the remaining spots in the field. |

FORMAT 36 holes of individual stroke play. |

PRACTICE ROUND One practice round per player. Please do not make any calls at this time. Practice round cart and range fee is $50 plus tax. ONLY credit cards will be accepted.

A combination of tee markers and yardages will be utilized for the championship. A practice yardage sheet is available on the event portal under the PLAYER INFORMATION section. Practice yardage sheets will also be available at the club. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition.

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE The golf shop and driving range will open by 7:30 a.m. on the days of competition. |
|
STARTING TIMES Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and posted at the club the day before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times beginning on December 8. |
|
REGISTRATION No formal registration will be held on site. Player withdraws must be called in or e-mailed to the GSGA office so that an alternate may be contacted. |
|
CARTS Practice round cart and range fees are $50 plus tax. ONLY credit cards will be accepted. Tournament round cart and range fees are included in the championship fee. |

PLAYER SERVICES Club PT will be on-site throughout the Championship providing player services before or after your round. |
|
FOOD SERVICE Food service will be available throughout the event. Credit card only. Complimentary coffee will be available every day from 7:15-9:00 a.m. on the golf shop porch. Lunch/snacks will be available from the restaurant from 11:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. daily.
The Landings Golf & Athletic Club is also pleased to offer player access to The Deck, fast casual dining, open 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. daily. The Deck is on the way to the Palmetto clubhouse. 910 Franklin Creek Road, Savannah, GA 31411. Players will be given an access card during round 1 to purchase F&B at The Deck throughout the event. |

REFUND POLICY A $30 service charge will be retained by the GSGA on all refunds granted prior to the close of entries. Entry fees will not be refunded after entries close unless there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled. Withdraws after the close of entries must be made by calling the GSGA Rules and Competitions Department at (770) 955-4272 or (800) 949-4742 or via email.
