ENTRY FEE

The entry fee includes a round of golf, cart, range, closest to the hole prizes and (1) complimentary drink token.

FIELD SIZE

120 player maximum

FORMAT

18 holes, non-competitive day of golf.  Players enjoy the round from the teeing ground that best compliments their game.

FOOD SERVICE

The grill will be open for food and beverage purchases. This is where you will be able to redeem your drink token. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT OPTIONS

Cash and credit cards are accepted for food and beverage and golf shop purchases.

PAIRING REQUESTS

Pairing requests are accepted until the close of entries.  A link to the pairing request form is provided in the registration confirmation e-mail and ALSO under the PAIRINGS heading of this event portal.  It is requested that only ONE player in the group complete the request.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

Players are requested to check-in at the registration table upon arrival at the golf course.  The registration table will open at 8:30 a.m.  Please arrive and register no later than 9:45 a.m.

PAIRINGS

Pairings will be posted by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 1.

PRIZES

Prizes will be awarded for closest to the hole on all par 3’s.  Additional blind draw prizes will be awarded before play and participants must be present to win.  Prizes will be gift certificates in the golf shop.

WEATHER SHORTENED EVENTS

When weather causes a round to be shortened, the GSGA will do what is fair to determine who wins prizes.  Nine holes might constitute an official event.  Entry fees will generally not be refunded, but if only a few holes are played, we will work with the club to get the players a rain check or another option.  The GSGA will do everything possible to complete the round that day.  Please note that conditions may dictate that players be able to play cart paths only for an event.

WITHDRAW POLICY

A $10 service charge will be retained by GSGA on all withdraws prior to the close of entries.  Entry fees will not be refunded after entries close unless there is a waiting list AND your spot can be filled.  Withdraws prior to the close of entries can be completed online by logging into your account.  Withdraws after entries close must be made by calling the GSGA Rules & Competitions Department.  Entry fees are transferable if a substitution is sent the day of the event to replace a previously registered participant
