AGES/ELIGIBILITY Open to male amateur golfers age 25 or older as of May 17, 2024. |
ENTRY FEE $150 |
CHAMPIONSHIP FEE Player’s advancing to the Championship will be responsible for a $200 Championship fee. This fee will be charged to the player upon being transferred to the Championship proper in the online registration system after your qualifying round has concluded. |

FIELD SIZE 78 players’ maximum at this qualifying site. |
FORMAT 18 hole individual stroke play qualifier. A total of 144 players will advance to the Championship proper. Qualifying places will be awarded according to a pro-rated formula. Players will be competing for 10 qualifying spots and 3 alternate spots in the Championship field. |
PRACTICE ROUND One practice round per player. Practice rounds will be available on the designated times below two weeks prior to the competition. Please call Sanctuary GC to reserve your practice round starting time after you have received your acceptance confirmation on March 14th. Practice round cart and range fee is $50 plus tax. Credit cards ONLY will be accepted.

The BLUE tee markers and yardages will be utilized for the qualifying round. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition. |
GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE The golf shop and driving range will open at 7:00 a.m. the day of competition. |
STARTING TIMES Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and posted at the club the day before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times beginning on March 20th. |
REGISTRATION No formal registration will be held on site. Player withdraws must be called or e-mailed to the GSGA office so that an alternate may be contacted. CARTS Practice carts and range fees are $50 plus tax. Tournament round cart and range fees are included in the entry fee. Credit cards ONLY will be accepted. |

REFUND POLICY A $30 service charge will be retained by the GSGA on all refunds granted prior to the close of entries. Entry fees will not be refunded after entries close unless there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled. Withdraws after the close of entries must be made by calling the GSGA Rules and Competitions Department at (770) 955-4272 or (800) 949-4742 or via email. If a player notifies the GSGA of their withdrawal from a qualifier for the Amateur, Junior, Match Play or Mid-Amateur Championship after the close of entries, but one week prior to the date of their qualifier, they will be granted a refund of 50% of their entry fee. |
