2nd annual Junior Amateur 13 & Under Championship
L.A. Nickell Golf Course - July 17-18, 2024
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Gender: Open to male and female golfers.
- Membership: Players do NOT have to be a member of the MGA.
- Age: 6-13 years old as of July 17, 2024.
- Must live in Missouri or a contiguous state.
ENTRY INFORMATION
- Deadline: Must register online by noon on July 9, 2024
- Fee: $65
- Refund Policy: Refunds are issued if requested at least 7 days prior to start of event. You will receive the entry fee minus a $30 processing charge. For this event, you can receive a refund of $35 if requested by July 10, 2024. Refunds are not issued if requested less than a week in advance.
FORMAT
Male & female ages 6-8: 18 hole stroke play competition
Male & female ages 9-13: 36 hole stroke play competition
SCHEDULE

Practice round
Wednesday, July 17
First round - 18 holes stroke play
Thursday, July 18
Second round - 18 holes stroke play
The lowest 36 hole score in the Overall Division (9-11 and 12-13) will be the Junior Amateur 13 & Under Overall Champion

9-11: 5,540 yards
12-13: 5,540 yards
Female
6-8: 3,900 yards

Entrants can apply for an exemption into an older age division by contacting Scott Hovis, MGA Executive Director at shovis@mogolf.org
CADDIES
Caddies are allowed in this event provided the caddie is 18 years or younger and will be denoted by wearing an MGA issued caddie bib. Caddies will not be available at the host club. Caddies will be held to the same dress and code of conduct policies as the player. Caddies must walk during the championship rounds.
Parents/guardians are only allowed to caddie for the 6-8 age divisions.
GOLF CARTS
Push carts are approved for this event. Spectator carts will be available at the pro shop.
