CADDIES

Players are not obligated to use a caddie during any phase of the championship. If you wish, you may carry your own bag or bring your own push cart. Should you be unable to bring your own push cart, a limited number of push carts will be available to use for $20 per day.

If you will be bringing your own caddie, please include his/her name on the online Player Pre-Registration form under the Caddie Information section.

**JUNIOR AMATEUR EXCEPTION: A player must NOT use a parent, step parent, or guardian as a caddie during the championship.

Local Caddies

If you request a local caddie through the Player Pre-Registration, you are expected to use your assigned caddie for two official practice rounds and two rounds of stroke play, unless you are only arriving in time to play one or no practice rounds.

All caddies will be assigned by blind draw. Players should pay their caddie at the end of each round, not the end of the week. The caddie fee is $110 per round, which includes gratuity.

Players who have requested a local caddie, but ultimately decide to provide their own caddie or carry their own bag, are required to notify the Player Services office at USJrAmplayers@usga.org or 816-665-7133. Players who do not notify us by Wednesday, July 17, will be obligated to pay the full caddie fee, if the club is unable to reassign the caddie to another player.

Caddie Registration

Caddies must be pre-registered online via their player, as soon as possible. Players will be able to pick up the caddie registration packet onsite during Player Registration.
