5:00 PM – 6:00 PM     Cocktails on Back Patio

6:00 PM – 8:00 PM       Player’s Reception & Heavy Hor’Dourves – Banyan GC

 

Saturday, October 21

6:30 AM                              Breakfast available at Embassy Suites Hotel

7:50 AM – 8:30 AM     Four-Ball Matches begin off #1

11:30 AM – 1:30 PM    Lunch available at the club

1:15 PM – 2:15 PM     Foursomes Matches begin off #1 tee only

6:30 PM                              Hosted Dinner for all teams (Clubhouse & Patio)

 

Sunday, October 22

6:30 AM                              Breakfast available at Embassy Suites Hotel

7:50 AM – 9:00 AM      Three-Ball Matches begin off both #1 and #10 tees

1:30 PM                              Awards luncheon buffet following completion of play
