FORMAT/QUALIFYING PLACES 18 holes of individual stroke play for _ qualifying spots and 2 alternate spots to advance to the 2024 USGA Senior Women’s Open to be played August 1-4 at Fox Chapel, in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. |
PRACTICE ROUND One practice round per player. Practice rounds will be available starting June 11th, prior to the qualifier at the below times on a space available basis. Call the pro shop [(404) 377-1766] to reserve your practice round starting time. Practice round fees are $50 plus tax and must be paid regardless of whether the player chooses to walk or ride.

YARDAGES & TEES A yardage sheet will be available on-site and on the Golf Genius portal. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition. |
GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE The golf shop and driving range will open at 6:30 a.m. each day of competition. |
STARTING TIMES Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the USGA/GSGA and posted before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times. |
REGISTRATION No formal registration will be held on site. Players should arrive to their assigned starting tee ten minutes before their starting time to allow for the starter to go over instructions and rules of play. Player withdraws must be called in to the USGA office ONLY. |
CARTS During the qualifying round, a caddie may transport a player’s bag on a cart for a fee of $40 plus tax. Spectator carts are strictly prohibited in all instances. |
PRIZES A Silver medal will be presented to the low scorer at the conclusion of the qualifying round. |
RULES OF PLAY/PACE OF PLAY/CART POLICY The USGA Rules of Play, Pace of Play and Cart Policies shall be in effect. Click here to view policies. |
PREFERED LIES Per the USGA, for all USGA Championships and qualifying rounds, preferred lies will never be utilized in any circumstances. |
FOOD SERVICE Drinks and snacks will be available, but the grill will be closed. Credit Cards ONLY are accepted. |
PERSONAL APPEARANCE In all Qualifying stages and the Championship proper, players must be neat in appearance with respect to clothing and personal grooming. The Committee in charge decides whether this requirement has been met and has the authority to withdraw the entry of a player who does not comply. |
