FIELD SIZE Low 60 entries by USGA Handicap Index at the close of entries. |

FORMAT Match play preceded by 36-holes of stroke play qualifying. Low 16 players advance to match play if there are at least 32 entries in that division. Otherwise, 8 players will advance to match play. |
|
PRACTICE ROUND One practice round per player. Practice rounds will be available on the designated times below two weeks prior to the competition. Please call Horseshoe Bend CC to reserve your practice round starting time after you have received your acceptance confirmation on April 4th. Practice round cart and range fee is $50 plus tax. Credit cards ONLY will be accepted.

A combination of tee markers and yardages will be utilized for the championship. A practice yardage sheet will be available on the event portal page. Practice yardage sheets will also be available at the club. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition. Yardage books are available from the host club. |

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE The golf shop and driving range will open at 7:00 a.m. on the day of the competition. |
|
STARTING TIMES Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and posted at the club the day before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times beginning on April 11th. |
|
REGISTRATION No formal registration will be held on site. Player withdraws must be called or e-mailed to the GSGA office so that an alternate may be contacted. CARTS Practice round cart and range fees are $50 plus tax. Credit cards ONLY will be accepted. Tournament round cart and range fees are included in the championship fee. |

FOOD SERVICE Food service will be available in the clubhouse. Credit cards ONLY will be accepted. |

PRIZES Gift certificates will be awarded to the top 16 players who advance to match play. |

REFUND POLICY A $30 service charge will be retained by the GSGA on all refunds granted prior to the close of entries. Entry fees will not be refunded after entries close unless there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled. Withdraws after the close of entries must be made by calling the GSGA Rules and Competitions Department at (770) 955-4272 or (800) 949-4742 or via email. |
