Entries Open: Friday, September 15 at 9:00 a.m. EST. If necessary, a lottery will be held with the initial wave of entries closing on Friday, Sept. 22 at 5:00 p.m. EST
Lottery Details: If an event is sold out in the first week of entries being open, a lottery shall take place after the close of the initial window of entries opening (one week). Exempt players must file an entry during the first week of entries being open to guarantee their spot in the field. If a lottery is needed and the event is oversold, a wait list will also be established via the lottery system. If the event is not sold out during the first week of entries being open, entries will then be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Entries Close: Friday, December 1 at 5:00 p.m. EST
Exempt players will include the Top 10 players in each division of the 2023 Ralph Bogart Tournament, as well as the 2022 Players of the Year from each division.

Eligibility: Open to all members of the Society of Seniors
Format: 112 Players maximum, 54-holes individual stroke play
Entry Fee: $800 per member. Entry fee covers: Practice Round, Three tournament rounds, all cart fees and range balls, select meals, player tee gift, and pro shop prize fund.
Playing Divisions: Senior (55-64), Super Senior (65-69), Legend (70-74) & Grand Master (75+)
Proposed Yardages:
Senior: ~6500 yards
Super Senior: ~6200 yards
Legend: ~5900 yards
Grand Master: ~5600 yards
Saturday, December 16: Registration starting approximately 10:30 a.m. in Lodge 15, Muirfield Room 2827. Please register to pick up your tee gift. Practice Round will be a shotgun start at 12:00 p.m.
***As a reminder, the Copperhead Clubhouse is closed for renovations, so our Office/Headquarters will be in Lodge 15, Muirfield, Room 2827. If you are facing/entering the Copperhead Clubhouse, it is the building immediately to your right. It is also located directly behind the 18th green at Copperhead.
This will be the room for Registration and Player Scoring after each round of competition. Players may park their carts at the back of the patio behind the 18th green to enter room 2827 through the courtyard. There will also be signage directing you to room 2827.
**Special Meeting of the Membership will take place immediately following the practice round at Osprey Clubhouse Restaurant at Innsibrook (approximately 4:30-5:00), followed by a Welcome Reception at the Osprey Clubhouse.
Sunday, December 17: Tee Times beginning at 7:45 a.m. from 1st and 10th tees. Senior/Legend Divisions going first on Sunday & Tuesday (7:45-9:15, with Super Senior/Grand Master following at 11:30-12:30)
Monday, December 18: Tee Times beginning at 7:45 a.m. from 1st and 10th tees. Super Senior/Grand Master Divisions going first on Monday (7:45-8:45, with Senior/Legend Divisions following at 11:00-12:30)
Tuesday, December 19: Schedule has been adjusted to an 8:30 a.m. Shotgun Start
Points available: WAGR Points, SOS Points, Amateurgolf.com Points and Golfweek Points
Prize Fund: $125 per player
Lodging Options: The SOS has negotiated the following rates with Innisbrook Golf Resort on a first-come, first-serve basis. The rates are as follows:
Deluxe Guest Room: $165++/night, plus tax and resort fee
Executive Suite: $185++/night, plus tax and resort fee
One Bedroom Suite: $215++/night, plus tax and resort fee
Two Bedroom Suite: $335++/night, plus tax and resort fee

Refund Policy: Once an entry has been officially filed a withdrawal fee of $150 shall apply. Withdrawals within 30 days of round one shall incur an additional fee of $100. Withdrawals within 7 days of round one shall only receive a partial refund if the spot is filled. If the spot is unfilled, the player forfeits his entire entry fee. Entries withdrawn after 12:00AM of tournament practice day will forfeit the entire entry fee.
