Entry Fee: $850 Per WA Golf Member. $950 for a non-member
Entry Includes: 3 days of golf at Desert Willow Resort, golf cart with GPS, range balls, team and individual payouts, tee prize, and complimentary cocktail hour Friday Evening.

- Friday, January 27 (Firecliff Course) - Tee Times from 8:00 a.m. - 11:10 a.m.
- Saturday, January 28 (Mountain View Course) - Tee times from 8:05 a.m. -11:15 a.m.
- Sunday, January 29 (Firecliff Course) - 8:00 a.m. shotgun start
Game Formats:
- Two-person Best-Ball Stableford (Fourball)
- Teams will divided into flights based on team handicap index
- Daily and 3-day total payouts for gross and net results within each flight
- Individual Stableford
- Players will be divided into flights based on player's handicap index
- 3-day total payout for gross and net results for each flight
- Skins - Day 1 Event Only
- Players can win a gross and a net skin
- Players who win a skin will split the pot within each flight.
- Deuce Pot - Day 2 Event Only
- Players who make a gross or net "2" will split the pot for each flight.
- Eclectic
- Based off of gross and net individual scores on the Firecliff course only (Day 1 &3)
- The best score on each hole between the 1st and 3rd days will be used to determine the lowest possible score.
- EXAMPLE: On hole 1, Day one you make a 5 and day three you make a 4. The 4 will be used for your score for that hole.
- Gross and net payouts for each flight.
- Closest to the Pin
- Contest will be divided among men and women
Entry Deadline: December 22nd, 2023 at 11:59 p.m.
Refund Policy: Cancellations made before entry deadline are entitled to a full refund minus a $20 service charge. Cancellations made between December 23rd and January 11th will be subject to 50% refund of entry fee. No refund for any reason will be issued after January 11th.
Eligibility: At least one team member must be a WA Golf Member. Non-WA Golf members must register with a WA Golf Member as a two-person team. All participants must have an up-to-date USGA handicap index issued by an AGA or an up-to-date Golf Canada Handicap Factor.
Trip Limit: Field will be limited to the first 40 two-person teams. A limited number of individual entries will be accepted and will be paired together in a two-person team based on handicap index. Entries will be accepted according to the time of receipt of entry and entry fee.
Handicaps: Team handicaps will be determined by 85% of each players handicap for the team game. Handicap Indexes on Tuesday, January 23rd will be used for all three rounds.

Winter Getaway Referral Program Invite another team to join you and each participant will receive a $50 rebate towards their entry fee.
List the team name when you register to be eligible for the $50 rebate per player! Rebates are limited to one per person. All rebates will be issued in the form of a $50 refund of entry fee to the credit card used to register. Rebates will be distributed after January 11th, 2024.
