ELIGIBILITY Open to two-person teams of one male and one female. Both team members must be active members of the GSGA. |

ACCOMMODATIONS Rooms at The Inn at Sea Island are part of your entry fee. Your entry fee includes one or two rooms depending on the registration payment option selected, breakfast each morning, complimentary parking, wifi, on-site heated pool, on-site workout room, courtesy BMW vehicle as available, shuttle transportation to the golf course, and access to other Sea Island properties such as The Cloister and the Sea Island Golf Performance Center. If wishing to upgrade to The Lodge, The Cloister or another Sea Island property please contact Ainsley Cowart, Manager of Competitions & Member Programming at acowart@gsga.org or via phone at (678) 324-5973. Additional fees for the upgrade will be due at the time of check-out at the event, but that upgrade amount can be provided to you in advance.
Local teams within driving distance of Sea Island Golf Club not requiring accomodations will receive a resort credit in exchange for accomodations. |
PRACTICE ROUND One practice round per player is INCLUDED in the entry fee. Practice rounds will be available on the designated times below two weeks prior to the competition. Please call 912-638-5118 to reserve your practice round starting time after you have received your acceptance confirmation on December 4th.

A combination of tee markers and yardages will be utilized for the championship. A practice yardage sheet will be available after the close of entries on the event portal page. Practice yardage sheets will also be available at the club. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition.

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE The golf shop and driving range will open at 7:30 a.m. each day of competition. |
STARTING TIMES Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and posted at the club the day before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times beginning on January 26. |
REGISTRATION No formal registration will be held on site. Player withdraws must be called or e-mailed to the GSGA office so that an alternate may be contacted. CARTS Practice and tournament round cart and range fees are included in the entry fee. |

FOOD SERVICE Food service will be available in the clubhouse. Credit cards ONLY will be accepted. |
PRIZES Prizes will be awarded to the overall winner and the top 3 finishers in each flight. |
REFUND POLICY A $30 service charge will be retained by the GSGA on all refunds granted prior to the close of entries. Entry fees will not be refunded after entries close unless there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled. Withdraws after the close of entries must be made by calling the GSGA Rules and Competitions Department at (770) 955-4272 or (800) 949-4742 or via email. |
